God, my mind is a storm of 'what-ifs.' What if I lose? What if the judgment is harsh? I feel the tightness in my chest, the knot in my stomach—the physical toll of this legal fear. I surrender these specific terrors to You: the fear of financial ruin, the shame of public judgment, the utter loss of control over my own future. I release my desperate grip on needing a guaranteed, favorable outcome. I let go of these catastrophic thoughts. I cling to You instead—my anchor in this turbulent present. You are the ever-present, faithful God who holds all things, including my case and its final resolution. Your Word tells me in Philippians 4:6-7, 'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' I ask for that peace now—a peace that stands guard against the onslaught of fear. Grant me the grace to trust You and live faithfully, just for today.
