God, I come to You utterly spent. This isn't just a tired body; it's a weary soul. The emotional well feels dry, and my spirit is drained, leaving me feeling unable to continue. I pour out this deep exhaustion before You—the kind that seeps into everything and makes even small tasks feel impossible. I surrender this specific burden of depletion, this feeling of being completely emptied out. I lay down the drained spirit and the heavy fog that clouds my hope. I release the relentless internal pressure to 'keep going,' to perform, or to manufacture a strength I simply do not have right now. Instead, I choose to cling to You. I cling to Your character as my true rest—the cool, deep water for my parched soul. You are my renewal, the only source of strength that is never depleted by my exhaustion. So I ask, Lord: grant me the deep, soul-level rest that only You can give. Renew my strength from the outside in, for my own reserves are gone. Replace this weariness with Your peace and give me a fresh perspective born of Your sustaining grace. As Your word promises in Isaiah 40:31, 'but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.' I place my hope in You.
