Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that's feeling less peaceful than before. You know the subtle shifts in my spirit, the small disturbances that have begun to chip away at the tranquility I once felt. Lord, I don't want to ignore these changes or pretend they don't matter. Help me identify what's affecting my peace—whether it's a specific worry, a relationship tension, or simply the weariness of daily life. As Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, I bring these concerns to You now instead of letting anxiety take root. Replace my unease with Your perfect peace that guards my heart and mind. Teach me to recognize early signs of disturbance and turn to You immediately. Thank You that no change in my emotions catches You by surprise, and that You walk with me through every fluctuation of my inner world. In Jesus' name, Amen.
