Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that still feels heavy from yesterday's quarrel. The overwhelm hasn't lifted, and I'm struggling to find my footing in this tension. Lord, You know every detail of this conflict and the weariness it has brought. Please draw near to me as Your Word promises in Psalm 34:18. Help me to release the mental loops that keep me feeling stuck, and grant me Your peace that surpasses understanding. Guide my thoughts and reactions, and soften any hardened places in my heart or relationships. I trust that You are at work even when I can't see it. Thank You for hearing me today. In Jesus' name, Amen.
