Heavenly Father, I come before You with a grateful heart today. Thank You for the relief I've experienced from the overwhelming feelings about my health. Even though it's just one day of improvement, I recognize this as Your grace at work in my life. Lord, I ask that You would strengthen this positive momentum. Help me to trust You more deeply with my health concerns, remembering Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11 that You have plans to prosper me and not to harm me. When anxiety tries to creep back in, remind me of today's improvement as evidence of Your faithfulness. Guide me to make wise choices that support my wellbeing, and help me to rest in Your sovereignty over my body and circumstances. May each small step forward become a testimony to Your sustaining power. In Jesus' name, Amen.
