Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart that feels heavy and stuck. The overwhelm with my health situation continues, and I confess I'm struggling to see beyond today's challenges. Lord, I need Your perspective. Help me to identify just one small step I can take today toward better health - whether it's resting when needed, following medical advice, or simply breathing deeply in Your presence. As Your Word reminds me in Isaiah 41:10, You promise to strengthen and uphold me. Please make that reality tangible to me today. Give me courage to face what I can handle and wisdom to release what I cannot control into Your capable hands. Help me to trust that even when I feel stuck, You are still moving on my behalf. In Jesus' name, Amen.
