Let's pause for a moment and practice a simple CBT technique: identify one specific academic task that feels most pressing right now, and break it into three smaller, manageable steps. Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-30 - He invites us to come to Him when we're weary and burdened. You don't have to carry this academic load alone. Even in this persistent overwhelm, there is hope because God's strength is made perfect in our weakness.
