Heavenly Father, I come before You with this heavy heart that's been overwhelmed for days now. The loss of my job has left me feeling stuck and uncertain, and I confess that some days it's hard to see beyond this present struggle. Lord, when my mind races with anxious thoughts about the future, help me to pause and examine them in Your light. Give me the wisdom to recognize when my thinking patterns aren't aligned with Your truth. I cling to Your promise in Psalm 34:18 that You are close to the brokenhearted. Please provide for my needs, open doors I cannot see, and give me peace that surpasses understanding. Help me to trust in Your perfect timing and provision. In Jesus' name, Amen.
