Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart weighed down by ongoing anxiety about my health. Day after day, these worries persist, and I feel the strain of uncertainty in my body and mind. Lord, You know every detail of my health journey—the fears that whisper in the quiet moments, the physical sensations that trigger anxiety, and the longing for relief. I plead for Your peace to flood my heart, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. Help me to bring each anxious thought to You in prayer, trusting that You are my healer and sustainer. Calm my spirit, renew my mind, and remind me of Your faithfulness through every trial. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
