Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels the weight of stress growing heavier. Yesterday I was overwhelmed, and today that feeling has deepened. Lord, I confess that this stress feels like it's gaining ground in my life, and I need Your intervention. Please help me identify the specific thoughts that are amplifying my stress and give me the wisdom to surrender them to You. As Your Word says in Matthew 11:28-29, You invite all who are weary to come to You for rest. I claim that promise right now. Help me to release what I cannot control and trust in Your perfect care. Give me the peace that surpasses understanding, even as I navigate this difficult season. In Jesus' name, Amen.
