Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels heavier than yesterday. My health concerns seem to be weighing more heavily on me, and I'm struggling with feelings of being overwhelmed. Lord, You know every detail of what I'm facing - the physical discomfort, the emotional strain, and the uncertainty that comes with health challenges. I ask for Your healing touch upon my body and Your peace to guard my heart and mind. Help me to trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign plan, even when I don't understand what's happening. Remind me of Your promise in Psalm 34:18 that You are close to the brokenhearted. Give me the strength to face today's challenges with courage and faith, knowing that You walk with me through every valley. Help me to cast all my anxieties on You because You care for me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
