Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that's beginning to feel lighter after the recent quarrel. Thank You for this first day of improvement, for the grace that allowed me to move from feeling overwhelmed toward Your peace. Lord, I acknowledge the hurt that conflict brought, but I also recognize Your hand in this healing process. Please continue to mend what was broken, soften hearts involved, and replace tension with understanding. As Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, help me not to be anxious but to present my requests to You with thanksgiving, trusting that Your peace will guard my heart and mind. Guide my words and actions to reflect Your love, and help me extend the same forgiveness You've shown me. May this positive change deepen my relationships and draw me closer to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
